A short version of my first Pemberton story. Driving to Pemberton and getting a flat tire on the way there and of course no one knew how to change it and we were in the middle of nowhere outside of a reservation. Mike Williams drunk camp experiences
Camping was my main summer activity as a teenager and into my early twenties so I’ve got a lot of stories.
Three that jump to mind immediately:
A drunken decision to go swimming in a lake close to a campsite turned into 8 people fighting off hypothermia the rest of the night by huddling all of us in a tent meant for 2.

If you haven’t gone camping in a long time, you should. And if you’ve never been, you should make an effort to. Gathering in the wilderness, or the semi-wilderness with a group of friends is extremely fulfilling. Add a couple drinks, and the social element kicks into high gear with conversation, song and roaring fires. Drunk Camping is a site that wishes to promote this sort of thing with a tongue...

The idea behind Drunk Camping isn’t entirely to do with “getting drunk.” It’s more so geared towards the idea of getting together with people and experiencing life outside the house, maybe even exploring areas of where you live that you weren’t aware exitsed.
